International Convention: Our International
convention is held every 18 months, in scenic locations throughout the USA
and Canada. As a member you receive a discounted registration fee. We have
panel discussions, presentations by experts, member photo competition, equipment
exhibitors, time for networking with other members, photo safaris, business
meeting and a banquet.
Weekend Conferences: Members occassionally host weekend conferences and
photography safaris in the U.S. and internationally.
PANORAMA The Journal of Panoramic
Imaging: We encourage members to submit
articles, share their panoramic images as well as photographic and technical
challenges with panoramic and digital equipment. We currently publish Panorama
three times a year with articles between issues being posted on our web site.
Qualified Panoramic Photographer
(QPP) Program: A QPP rating certifies only
that a photographer has achieved a level of technical ability to produce
quality panoramic photographs.
Membership Directory: Members renewing or joining by February 1st each year
are listed in our Member Directory.
Web Site www.PanoramicAssociation.org: Access to our member's only area
has up to date news, articles, archives, gallery, forum bulletin board, new
products, resources, IAPP Store and our membership directory. Members whose
web site is dedicated to their personal panoramic images may request a link
to their site.
IAPP QPP points: Awarded when you present programs and work for the association.
PPA service merits: Because IAPP is a Professional
Photographers of America Affiliate you can also earn PPA service merits when you present programs
and volunteer with the association. You can apply these points towards your
PPA degrees.
