A sponsorship of our organization is beneficial to both parties as it provides our sponsors with a very narrow target market, one that is VERY likely to be interested and purchase products. For this reason, our members generally would receive a discount code to be used on purchases from our sponsors. We also offer a discount booth rate to promote your company, products and more importantly your brand to this narrow market at our international conventions. Held bi-annually in various locales around the world, this educational conference has been known to attract over 300 attendees.
In addition, we would provide you with printed materials to be shipped with every product you sell. These materials (to be determined by the IAPP board) would contain educational references about Panoramic Photography and help your customer in creating the best photography they can.
All ads are priced as full color.
Prices include:

- Placement of links to your sites on our website are live from Journal publishing date to publishing date.
- Placement in our email blasts.
- Placement in our monthly e-Monitor Newsletter.
In addition to simple placement: we propose that we solicit reviews and endorsements from our members. These endorsements would be printed as “soft” ads in our Journal, and included as testimonial to your products on a special page of our website. Print Ad sizes:
- Full Page size: 9.25 x 7.25, Bleed size: .125, Margin: outside .5, inside margin: .625.
- Half Pg horizontal, no bleed: 8 x 3”
- Half Pg horizontal, with bleed: 9.5 x 3.58”
- Qtr Pg, no bleed: 3 x 3.13”
- Half Pg vertical, no bleed: 3.9 x 6.25”
- Half Pg vertical, with bleed: 4.5 x 7.47”
If you choose a bleed option, be sure your bleed extends .125” all around. Be sure your important content is within the margins: .5 top, .5 bottom, .5 outside, .624 inside. If you prefer a right hand or left hand placement, design your ad accordingly and let us know of your preference. Page placement of the ad will be dictated by the Production artist, but you may request a specific page and we will try to accommodate you.
